How We Work: Precision in Every Thread. At Quality First Service, quality control is at the core of everything we do. Our structured inspection system ensures that every garment meets specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Our QA Process
We follow a step-by-step inspection process throughout the entire production cycle… preventing defects, reducing production risks, and ensuring international standards.
01Pre Production Meeting
Our QA process starts with the inventory of the raw material. We checked the fabric inspection report, sheds, and quality. The QA team ensures the approved samples from the tech team are compared with the size set samples to understand if there are any risks for production or not.
